How do I know which accessory range I need?
Match the brand of your fire, not its name. EcoSmart burners and tables use codes such as R20, L65 or ST40; Ochre Living fireplace kits are named Hotham, Ossa or Perisher. Check your order confirmation or the burner plate if unsure.
Do EcoSmart and Ochre Living accessories interchange?
No. Each range is sized and moulded for its own system, so an EcoSmart cover plate will not fit an Ochre Living fireplace and vice versa.
