Our storyThis website is operated by My Acre, the trading name of the partnership T.K Jagger and H.J Pearson (ABN 51 638 758 046). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to My Acre. My Acre offers this website, including all information, tools and products available from it, to you the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or buying from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here or linked from the site. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using the site.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or breach any laws in your jurisdiction when using the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we are not responsible if material is not complete or up to date. Product specifications are provided as a guide. For installation, electrical or gas requirements, we recommend confirming with a suitably licensed trade before you buy.
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which we do when we dispatch the goods or send you an order confirmation, whichever comes first. Until then we may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example where an item is out of stock, where there is an obvious error in the price or description, or where we cannot verify your details. Where an obvious pricing or description error is found after payment, we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund the order rather than proceed at the wrong price.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For bank transfer (EFT) orders, your order is held and dispatched once cleared funds are received; if payment is not received within 5 business days the order may be cancelled. We do not accept or key card details by phone or email.
Some products are available only online and may have limited stock. We have made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately; we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours accurately. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and the detail on our Delivery and Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. You can read them at the ACCC consumer guarantees page.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time of the order.
All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos and page design, is owned by My Acre or its suppliers and licensors and is protected by Australian and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
