Our storyWitt are a Danish maker whose gas pizza ovens are built around one idea: a stone that turns while it cooks. The base colours evenly on its own, so you are not chasing the pizza around with a peel to stop one side catching.
The Etna Rotante adds a second burner underneath that stone, reheating it while you cook. That is what lets you turn out pizzas back to back rather than waiting for the floor to recover between them. The two Piccolo ovens take the same rotating stone into a smaller body, at 13 inches for balconies and 16 inches for families short on bench space.
