Our storyCharcoal asks something of you that gas does not. You light it, you wait, then you get a flavour no burner reproduces. The pieces here are built to be looked at while they do it, rather than wheeled out of sight afterwards.
Cast aluminium bodies do not rust, so they can live on the terrace all year. Every one carries a stainless lid, an ash tray you can actually empty, and enough cooking surface to feed a table in one go rather than in shifts.
