My Acre delivers a considered range of premium outdoor pieces, insured, right across Australia. Delivery is free on most of our range, dispatched from our warehouses across Australia. Some large or made to order pieces are quoted per address so you pay the right freight for your postcode, never a flat guess. What is free, what is quoted
Free delivery applies to our fire, fuel, fridge ranges and to most in stock pieces. Shadowspec umbrellas are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address, with the full rates published below. Made to order and heavy freight pieces (outdoor fireplaces, pergolas, greenhouses, and the larger pizza ovens) are quoted per address at the time of order. You receive a single, all in delivered price before the order is processed, with no surprise charges on arrival.
Timing
Timing varies by maker because the pieces are very different. As a guide: EcoSmart fire 5 to 7 days; e-NRG fuel 3 to 5 days; fridges and umbrellas from stock in a few working days; Polito ovens around 4 weeks (made to order); Valoriani around 3 weeks; Winter Gardenz greenhouses 3 to 4 weeks; Blinde Design 5 to 10 days; Ochre Living and Kustom Pergolas by arrangement. Allow extra working days for WA, NT, regional QLD and Tasmania.

Shadowspec umbrellas ship on a flat rate by state, shown below. This is the price you pay at checkout, calculated automatically once you enter your address. We cover a fixed portion of the freight on every umbrella and pass on only the balance, which is why most states are free and Western Australia and the Northern Territory carry a contribution.

On arrival
Standard delivery is to the easiest ground level access point on your property. Heavy pieces travel on freight with tail lift and pallet jack handling. If access is tight, call us before you order so we can confirm the right delivery method for your address.
Damage in transit
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, keep the packaging and send us clear photographs within 48 hours so we can lodge a freight claim and put it right quickly. The timeframes above are estimates and not guarantees; we are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as carrier or weather delays.
