My Acre is owned and run by Hayden Pearson and Tim Jagger. There is no call centre and no sales team between you and us.
I started My Acre because I love my own home and the spaces around it, and I believe other people do too. With my business partner, Tim Jagger, we built My Acre to share genuinely high-quality outdoor brands with homeowners and designers who want their spaces to last.
We only stock brands we would put in our own homes, and we would rather lose a sale than have someone live with a decision that does not suit their space.

Who am I actually dealing with at My Acre?
The owners, Hayden Pearson and Tim Jagger. There is no sales team in between, and we stock only brands we would put in our own homes.
What happens if the product is not right for my home?
Tell us about your space first and we will give an honest recommendation, including when to choose something else or wait. If something arrives and is not right, contact us directly and we will work it through, backed by each brand's warranty and returns terms.
What if I want styling advice rather than a specific product?
