After we review, we send the Trade Account application form direct to your email. We keep the process curated to make sure each trade account is a genuine ongoing partnership.
Is there a minimum order to qualify?
No fixed minimum. Trade accounts are built around an ongoing relationship rather than a single threshold. If you're specifying for projects on a recurring basis, you qualify.
Do you only work with large accounts?
No. Trade accounts are built around an ongoing relationship, not order size. We grow with our partners as their project pipeline grows, with pricing, lead-time priority and account terms reviewed at each annual renewal.
What discount do I receive?
Trade pricing varies by vendor and product category. Some items carry a direct trade discount; others are quote-based where margins are tighter. We discuss specifics during your application review.
How fast will I hear back?
Within 48 hours of your enquiry. We aim to be quick because we know specifiers have project timelines to manage.
Do I need to sign an agreement?
Yes. After your application is approved, we send a proposed trade agreement covering pricing, lead times, and account terms. The agreement runs for 12 months and is renewed annually based on your expected ongoing project volume. Both parties sign before the account is active.
Can I order online with my trade account?
Trade orders are placed directly through Hayden. This keeps lead times, custom specifications, and project coordination tight.
