What's the difference between the Rain Cap and the Top Cap?
The Rain Cap sits at the top of the chimney to keep water out. The Top Cap is a lower-profile finishing piece, used with or instead of the Rain Cap, for a flatter chimney line.
Do I need Jointing Adhesive if I've already ordered a fireplace kit?
Jointing Adhesive bonds the modular blocks of the Hotham, Ossa and Perisher kits during install. Check your kit's inclusions before ordering it separately.
Can I add a chimney extension after installing my fireplace?
Yes. The Additional Chimney Block is a stackable concrete section cast to match the parent surround, available in Small and Large.
Is the Log Store the same for every kit?
The standalone Log Store suits any of the three kits. The Side Log Store is built specifically for the Ossa.
Do I need Exterior Render?
It's the finishing coat for the outer face of a completed kit. Confirm with your installer whether your chosen finish needs it.
