For most courtyards and covered lounges the EcoSmart Fire Base 40 (from $2,595) is the best-value pick, with a 6 kW AB8 burner and a 7 to 9 hour burn. For the longest burn the Cosmo 50 (from $4,495) runs about 8 to 13 hours. For a warm timber finish, choose the Base 40, Manhattan 50 or Martini 50 in teak.
Ethanol and bioethanol fire tables from EcoSmart Fire: a low table and a real flame in one, in Fluid Concrete or teak. A fire pit table brings the fire to the centre of an outdoor room and doubles as a usable surface, with no gas line and no flue. It suits courtyards, rooftops and covered lounges, for renters as well as owners.

EcoSmart fire tables run from $2,595 for the Base 40 to $4,495 for the Cosmo 50, in Bone Fluid Concrete with a stainless burner. Teak and black burner finishes cost more; each product page shows every price. Delivery is free Australia-wide and every EcoSmart fire has a 30 day home trial. Warranty follows EcoSmart's policy: 2 years on the burner and stainless steel parts, 1 year on concrete, glass and teak. Chips, scratches and hairline cracks in Fluid Concrete are not treated as defects. My Acre lodges and manages any claim for you.
A glass cover plate sits over the burner opening to give one flat surface, so the table earns its place on the nights the fire is off. Plates are matched to each model and sold separately; see fire table covers and cover plates. All-season covers keep rain out of the burner between uses.
At current e-NRG prices of $6.30 to $6.88 a litre delivered, the five AB8 tables use 1.1 L an hour at full flame, about $7 to $7.60 an hour. The Cosmo 50 uses 0.8 L an hour, about $5 to $5.50. Yes, if you want a real flame and a usable surface without a gas line or flue. Every model here is a self-contained EcoSmart table with no plumbing or wiring. An optional glass cover plate turns it into a flat coffee or lounge table when the flame is off.
A low table with a burner set into its top, so the flame sits at the centre of the seating. The tables here are EcoSmart Fire designs with a Grade 304 stainless burner in a Fluid Concrete or teak surround, running on e-NRG bioethanol.
Yes, when used to EcoSmart's instructions. Never refuel a hot burner: put the flame out, let it cool for at least 60 minutes, then refill with the supplied safety spout. Indoors, fit the Indoor Safety Tray, keep a smoke alarm nearby and follow the clearances in the installation manual.
Yes, EcoSmart rate these tables for indoor or outdoor use, with conditions. AB8 tables need the Indoor Safety Tray and Efficiency Ring in a room of at least 116 m³; the Cosmo 50 needs the XL900 tray in at least 110 m³. Call us to confirm the Mojito 40.
EcoSmart rate each AB8 or XL900 burner to warm about 60 m² on average. That is zone warmth for the people seated around it, not heating for a whole yard. A fire screen helps on a windy terrace.
About 7 to 9 hours on the AB8 tables (Base 40, Manhattan 50, Martini 50, Mimosa 40, Mojito 40), which hold 8 L. The Cosmo 50 holds 9 L and burns for about 8 to 13 hours, the longest here.
It is mostly a look. Fluid Concrete comes in Bone, Natural or Graphite; teak, offered on the Base 40, Manhattan 50 and Martini 50, gives a warmer timber finish. Natural variation and fine hairline cracks are part of Fluid Concrete, not defects.
