Every brand here has passed three tests. One that stops passing them comes off the site.

Right for Australian homes

It has to suit how Australians live outdoors. We leave out models that do not suit our conditions.

Good enough for our own backyard

If we would not put it in our own yard, we do not sell it.

A maker that backs its warranty

The maker, or its Australian distributor, has to honour a warranty claim without us chasing.

Three tests. It has to suit Australian homes. It has to be something we would put in our own backyard. The maker has to honour a warranty claim without being chased. A brand that stops passing any of them comes off the site.

Is My Acre an authorised retailer for these brands?

Yes. We are an authorised retailer for every brand on this page, so you get genuine stock covered by the maker's warranty.

Do you sell every product each brand makes?

No. We stock the models that suit Australian homes and that we can support properly. If you have seen one we do not list, ask us. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth bringing in.

Who handles a warranty claim?

We do. You call us, not an overseas call centre. We deal with the maker on your behalf.

Will you beat another retailer's price on these brands?
