We do not manufacture anything. What we do is choose the makers worth buying from, then stand behind them: a fit check before your order ships, a shepherded delivery, plus a warranty we handle for you rather than handing back a phone number.

How does My Acre choose the brands it ranges?
Three tests: the maker has to build for Australian conditions rather than adapt to them, the product has to be one we would put in our own yard, plus the supplier has to stand behind a warranty claim without us chasing them. A brand that fails the third test does not stay on the site.
Do you sell every product each brand makes?
No. We range what suits Australian homes and what we can support properly, so some models a brand sells overseas are deliberately not here. If you have seen something we do not list, ask us; we will tell you honestly whether it is worth bringing in.
Who handles a warranty claim?
We do. You call us, not an overseas call centre; we deal with the maker on your behalf. That is the reason we range fewer brands rather than more.
