Why not use an ordinary outdoor table?
A Witt oven runs at 500°C and the Etna weighs almost 30 kg. This table is built for both. At 900 mm high it puts the oven mouth where you can see into it without stooping.
Does it fit every Witt oven?
Yes. The 800 by 800 mm top takes the Etna Rotante or either Piccolo, with room left to stretch dough beside the oven.
Can I move it once the oven is on top?
It is on wheels, so yes, though let the oven cool first and move it slowly on smooth ground.
