Which cover fits my umbrella?
Use the size table above to match your model. Serenity's single cover fits all four Serenity sizes. Oasis uses two size tiers. SU10 currently ships with a cover for the 4.0m Square only; if you have the 5.0m SU10 or an SU4, contact us at info@myacre.com.au before ordering as a matching cover isn't listed yet.
Can the cover stay on during light rain?
Yes. The weatherproof fabric is rated for rain and UV exposure. In severe wind or storm conditions, retract and secure the umbrella fully before fitting the cover.
Is the cover sold separately from the umbrella?
Yes. The protection cover is an optional accessory and is not included with any of these umbrellas as standard.
Do I need any tools to fit the cover?
No. The cover slides over the folded canopy and arm, then secures with the zip and toggle. No tools are required.
Is the protection cover covered by warranty?
