A perforated loading peel, a round turning peel and a wire brush with scraper, in hard anodised aluminium and sized for the Polito Antonius and Giotto (also fits the Donatello). Everything needed to load, turn and clean a wood-fired pizza oven each session.

Will this fit my Polito oven?
Sized for the Antonius and Giotto. It also works with the Donatello.
What's the difference between the two peels?
The large peel loads and retrieves the pizza; the small round peel turns it mid-bake without lifting it out.
Is a warranty included?
