Aluvy Protective Cover for JEAN

Positive vibes all the way from placing order on a Saturday afternoon, being contacted by Hayden directly when I had an issue with the checkout process, bug fixed, purchase completed and delivery on Tuesday, with follow up from Hayden, great experience

We recently had a Serenity Cantilever umbrella installed and the My Acre team were fabulous. From initially advising us what would suit our tricky terrace best, to keeping us informed on delivery and installation and the actual installation. Very helpful and professional. Many thanks.

Excellent communication and service from Hayden at My Acre. Personalised customer care and efficiency were on point and Hayden ensured a smooth experience from start to finish with our outdoor fireplace, even when customs delayed our shipment! Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a Hotham fireplace and couldn't be happier with the result. Hayden was extremely helpful in guiding us on the right size for our space, and the installation team did a fantastic job. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the fireplace has become a standout feature of our outdoor area.

Had a great purchasing experience with Hayden at My Acre. He helped me choose the right umbrella for our patio and couldn't be happier with how quick it arrived and how easy it was to setup by following the videos (I'm semi knowledgeable with assembling things) Highly recommend the retreat umbrella and service delivered by My Acre!

I purchased the Shadowspec Serenity Cantilever Umbrella from the My Acre team. I have to say, Hayden was really great to deal with, he went above and beyond to help us find the right fit for our beautiful little outdoor space. No concern or question was too silly. Really happy with my Shadowspec Retreat wall-mounted umbrella. Hayden at My Acre has been great — always quick to respond and very helpful. I recently needed to make a small warranty claim, and Hayden organised everything straight away with no fuss. Great product and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a Polito pizza oven from my acre. I was looking to replace an older outdated oven in my outdoor kitchen, which had started to fall apart after a few years cooking for the Boiz. I wasn't super stoked at first to spend this much on a pizza oven, but suppliers in NSW are hard to come by and Hayden was super helpful with organising getting it to me. I certainly wasn't upset when it arrived! I dont think I'll have to replace it any time soon

Recently purchased a Hotham fireplace through My Acre & thought it might be a bit too hard to put together but it was surprising easy & so happy with how it turned out!
