1000 mm Cotto Clay Cooking Floor

The generous 1000 mm cooking floor cooks 3 to 4 pizzas of 30 cm at a time. Pizzas cook directly on Cotto clay for an evenly charred base, the traditional Italian method.

Built-In Architectural Presence

Supplied as a complete modular kit with crown, floor, flue and rain hat. Designed to be built into a permanent outdoor kitchen surround, the oven becomes part of the architecture rather than an add-on appliance.

500 x 300 mm Mouth Opening
