We fit these where the cavity needs the deepest cabinet in the twin-door range. They also suit home bars that want room for wine as well as cans: movable rubber saddle wine shelves are available as an add-on, fitting six bottles per side alongside the standard flat shelving. Choose a stainless-grille or all-black finish, with interior lighting that switches between white and blue at the push of a button.
Reaching the full 300-can count needs extra flat shelving added to the standard four heavy-duty shelves, so if you'd rather a fridge that hits its stated capacity on the shelves it ships with, the 257L is the simpler choice at a similar price and a shallower cabinet.

Fitting the Schmick 274L in
Exterior dimensions are 870W x 586D x 875H mm. If it's going into a cavity, joinery or under-bench recess, build the opening at least 890W x 636D x 885H mm to cover the fridge body plus clearance. Keep 50mm clear at the rear for airflow. It also stands freestanding with no cabinetry at all.
