The reason you'd add this on: cooking on a brazier means standing over an open fire with nowhere to rest a plate. The shelf drops onto the side handle of your SAM and gives you that surface, plus a hook for tongs. One thing to know before ordering: it mounts onto the handles, so you need the Aluvy handles fitted or the shelf has nothing to sit on. Match the frame to your brazier's trim, not its body colour.

Which frame should I order?
Match the frame of your brazier. Cream legs and lid means an Original. Charcoal means a Basalt. The shelf is finished to the frame rather than the body colour.
Does it fit the MARCEL barbecue?
No. The tablet shelf is made for the SAM brazier. The MARCEL takes the JEAN cabinet if you want a worktop beside it.
Do I need anything else to fit it?
Yes. The shelf mounts onto the Aluvy side handles, so those need to be fitted first. If your brazier does not have them, order the handles at the same time.
