These handles are heat insulated, so you can shift the brazier while it is still lit rather than waiting for it to cool. Which set fits the MARCEL?
Aluvy list the Basalt handles as fitting both the SAM and the MARCEL. The Original set is listed for the SAM. If you have an Original-frame MARCEL, call us before ordering and we will confirm with the distributor.
Which frame should I order?
Match your piece. Cream legs and lid means Original, charcoal means Basalt. The handles finish to the frame rather than the body colour.
Do I need them?
Not to cook. They matter in two cases. One is moving the piece, which at 30 to 45 kg is otherwise awkward. The other is the tablet shelf, which mounts onto the handles and will not fit without them.
