Doesn't the SAM already come with a plancha?
It does. A double stainless plancha ring 15 cm wide is included. This accessory widens that cooking surface considerably, which is the difference between cooking for two and cooking for a group.
Does it fit the MARCEL?
No. This plancha is shaped for the round cooking rim of the SAM brazier. The MARCEL takes the cast iron plancha instead.
How do you clean it?
Stainless steel, so a scraper while it is still warm handles most of it. There is no coating to damage.
