Large-Format Pre-Cast Pizza Oven With Traditional Brick Arch
The Valoriani TOP120 is the larger oven in the TOP series, a 1200 mm refractory pizza oven supplied as pre-cast modular sections, assembled on a base without bricklaying. Cooking-ready in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Valoriani's refractory dome holds heat for hours of pizza, slow-roasts and bread bakes from a single fire. The hand-laid brick arch and Tuscan terracotta finish make it a focal point in serious entertaining spaces.

Why You'll Love This
Cooking-Ready in About 1 Hour 30 Minutes
The TOP120 reaches working temperature in around 90 minutes. The refractory dome then holds heat for hours of pizza, slow-roasts and bread bakes from a single fire.
1200 mm Floor, 5 to 6 Pizzas at Once
The 1200 mm cooking floor supports serious batch cooking, 5 to 6 pizzas in one round, or large roasting trays and bread bakes alongside.
Pre-Cast Sections, Hand-Laid Brick Arch
The dome arrives as finished pre-cast sections, no on-site dome bricklaying. The signature brick arch and ceramic door are hand-laid in Tuscany.
Italian Refractory Heritage
Built in Tuscany using the refractory clay and construction techniques Valoriani has refined since 1890. High-temperature mortar and ceramic insulation throughout.

Available with gas
The TOP120 can also run on gas. Add the Valoriani Manual Gas Burner Kit ($1,749), a manual control burner supplied on its own. Fitting needs a 110mm core-drilled hole in the oven floor and connection by a licensed gas fitter.

Cotto Clay Cooking Floor
Pizzas cook directly on the Cotto clay surface, the traditional Italian method for an evenly charred base. The clay distributes heat consistently across the chamber.
Ceramic Door With Temperature Gauge
The ceramic door includes a built-in temperature gauge, so you can monitor chamber heat through long cooking sessions.
200 mm Stainless Steel Flue
A 200 mm diameter stainless steel flue carries exhaust, and a rain hat is included. Suitable for outdoor installation or covered indoor settings with proper venting.
Pre-Cast Sections, On-Site Assembly
The TOP series assembles on a prepared base from finished pre-cast sections. No on-site bricklaying for the dome or crown, only the brick arch is laid by your installer. Assembled weight is approximately 420 kg, requiring a reinforced base.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the TOP120 differ from the FVR120?
Both are 1200 mm refractory ovens. The TOP120 is supplied as pre-cast modular sections that assemble on a base without dome bricklaying. The FVR120 is a traditional refractory kit. Same cooking performance, different installation method.
How long does the TOP120 take to reach cooking temperature?
Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. The refractory dome then holds temperature for hours of pizza, roasts and bread bakes from a single fire.
Is the TOP120 available with gas?
Yes. Add the Valoriani Manual Gas Burner Kit, a manual control burner supplied separately for $1,749. It fits through a 110mm core-drilled hole in the oven floor and must be connected by a licensed gas fitter. We can arrange the installation for you as part of delivery.
What base does the TOP120 need?
A reinforced base sized for the 1600 x 1600 mm external footprint. The assembled oven weighs approximately 420 kg, so structural engineering of the bench or surround is required.
Where is the TOP120 made?
In Tuscany, Italy, by Valoriani, who have been building refractory wood-fired ovens since 1890. My Acre is an authorised Australian stockist.
What is the warranty on the TOP120?
2 years, managed by My Acre. The refractory build is engineered for decades of use when installed and operated to specification.
