The Valoriani TOP120 is the larger oven in the TOP series, a 1200 mm refractory pizza oven supplied as pre-cast modular sections, assembled on a base without bricklaying. Cooking-ready in about 1 hour 30 minutes, whether you run wood or gas. Valoriani's refractory dome holds heat for hours of pizza, slow-roasts and bread bakes from a single fire. The hand-laid brick arch and Tuscan terracotta finish make it a focal point in serious entertaining spaces.

Cotto Clay Cooking Floor

Pizzas cook directly on the Cotto clay surface, the traditional Italian method for an evenly charred base. The clay distributes heat consistently across the chamber.

Ceramic Door With Temperature Gauge

The ceramic door includes a built-in temperature gauge, so you can monitor chamber heat through long cooking sessions.

200 mm Stainless Steel Flue

A 200 mm diameter stainless steel flue carries exhaust, and a rain hat is included. Suitable for outdoor installation or covered indoor settings with proper venting.

Pre-Cast Sections, On-Site Assembly

The TOP series assembles on a prepared base from finished pre-cast sections. No on-site bricklaying for the dome or crown, only the brick arch is laid by your installer. Assembled weight is approximately 420 kg, requiring a reinforced base.
