1200 mm Cotto Clay Cooking Floor

The 1200 mm cooking floor handles 5 to 6 pizzas of 30 cm in one batch. Pizzas cook directly on Cotto clay for an evenly charred base, the traditional Italian method.

Built-In Architectural Presence

Supplied as a complete modular refractory kit, designed to be built into a custom outdoor kitchen surround. The terracotta dome and traditional brick arch become the focal point of the entertaining space.

Complete Modular Kit

All components required for assembly: dome, floor, flue and rain hat. Built into a custom surround with a required external footprint of 1600 x 1600 mm and a reinforced base for the 360 kg assembled weight.

500 x 300 mm Mouth Opening

The 500 x 300 mm front opening accommodates peel-loaded pizzas plus full-size roasting trays, with room to manage the fire to one side.
