The 600 mm refractory Cotto clay floor cooks one pizza at a time directly on the clay, the traditional method for an evenly charred base. Suits households cooking a few pizzas in sequence rather than a single large batch.
Powder-Coated Steel Dome
The steel dome is powder-coated in red, white or black, sealed against Australian weather. The dome insulates the chamber and supports the stainless steel arch.
