Not for a freestanding Rondo out in the open, which is how most are installed. Sitting it under a covered patio or deck roof generally calls for a flue to clear the covering safely. Talk to us about your clearance before you order.
What's the difference between the Rondo White, Grey and Mocha?
All three Rondo colourways share the same white quartz concrete body. White pairs a white firebox and wood store with a real copper mantle insert, Grey swaps in a grey firebox with a stainless steel insert, and Mocha keeps the copper insert with a warm mocha-toned firebox.
How many people do you need to assemble the Buschbeck Rondo?
Buschbeck recommends two to three people for around an hour. Real owners agree. It ships in roughly ten sections on a pallet, heavy enough that you'll want the extra hands on delivery day.
What fuel does the Buschbeck Rondo burn?
The Rondo burns charcoal or lump wood briquettes for barbecuing. Switch to logs or firewood once you want it as a fireplace instead. The double skinned construction handles both without any changes.
Does the Buschbeck Rondo come with the pizza oven insert included?
No, the standalone Rondo includes the chrome cooking grill and mortar only. The pizza insert is sold separately, or you can order the Rondo Outdoor Fireplace & Pizza Oven Kit, which bundles it in along with the tools you need to bake from day one.
How long does a pizza take to cook once you add the insert?
Around three to five minutes once the stone is at the right temperature. The insert uses a thick lava rock pizza stone in a stainless steel housing. It fits one large 12 to 13 inch pizza at a time.
Is the Buschbeck Rondo covered by a warranty?
