Which Shadowspec umbrellas are these kits compatible with?
Both kits are designed for Shadowspec Serenity and Unity umbrellas fitted with the built-in LED hub. Earlier models without that hub cannot be retrofitted with either kit.
What's the difference between the Smart Battery and the Hardwire Kit?
The Smart Battery is wireless and rechargeable, controlled from the Shadowspec App. The Hardwire Kit connects to mains power permanently, removing the need to recharge a battery, but requires a licensed electrician to install.
